I think I got a little ahead of myself with the Rockies after we left Utah Maggie and I stayed in Grand Junction a few days then we took 70 across Colorado stopping in towns like Rifle and Parachute. In Aspen it was snowing we finally made it to Denver and it rained for several days. We holed up in at town called Castle Rock and did nothing. After that I visited Buffalo Bills grave and museum on my way to Boulder and then we hit Estes and the Rockies. I'm trying to catch myself up with where I've been. After the Rocky Mountain NP we headed to Rawlins Wyoming trying to make our way to The Grand Tetons and Yellow Stone National Parks. I think I'm caught up to where we have been. The only other thing is I should have invested in a better camera for this trip.

Rocky Mountain National Park is just beautiful. Trail Ridge Road through the Park is the highest continuous motorway in the United States with more than eight miles lying above 11000'. Believe me when you are driving it you feel like you are at the top of the world when you get to those eight miles. The Alpine visitor center is at the top and it was great to get there and have coffee and relax. I only drove up, I passed lots of bikers and motorcyclists on the way up. In my travels here from Florida I have met many bicycle riders biking cross country or to Canada most are taking two month trips. I also thought Flagler and Daytona had most of the motorcycle riders, but since I left Florida especially since New Mexico all the Parks I'm visiting so are the Motorcyclists. I have had a lot of people come up to me and ask if I wanted my pic taken, I think thats a really nice thing so I started doing that too. We had a whole group thing going with pics in the Rockies we all got to know each other. Well thats all for now

I have spent a lot of time in Utah and now that Maggie is back we took 12 in Utah to 70 east. 65 percent of Utah is National Parks and Forests so most of the state is scenic views. When I drove 12 going to 70 the scenery and view changed dramatically at every turn. Maggie and I are headed to Colorado.
